Recipe - Potatoes Piquant

4 Potatoes
1 Green or red bell pepper;
minced
1 md Onion; minced
1 Clove garlic; peeled and
minced
1 cup Plain yogurt
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon TABASCO Pepper Sauce
3 tablespoon Seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350øF. Place potatoes in saucepan and fill with cold water.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook 20 to 25
minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork. Drain; cut
into small chunks. In mediumsized baking dish, combine potatoes, pepper,
onion, garlic, yogurt, salt and Tabasco sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 1518 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown. Makes 46 servings.
