5 Large red potatoes
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 One half cup Whipping cream
2 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Parmesan cheese
Paprika
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Peel and slice potatoes very thin. Layer in a small buttered casserole;
potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer cream, butter and garlic until
reduced by half. Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350
degree oven for 1 One half hours. Enjoy, Sheryl BTW M.M. said you may need to
add more cream.
