Recipe - Potatoes Lyonnaise

3 Fresh Idaho potatoes, cut
into 1inch pieces
2 md Onions, cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
In 3quart microwavesafe casserole combine all ingredients. Cover loosely
with plastic wrap; cook on High 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes and
onions are tender, stirring several times. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 6
servings.
