6 lg Potatoes
1 pt Sour cream
1 bn Sliced green onions
2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt

I've made these potatoes for over 25 years and they are wonderful. They are
great with prime rib, ham, steaks etc. They're especially good when
entertaining since they can be made ahead of time. I hope you enjoy them.
Cut unpeeled potatoes in half and cook in water till done. Drain and peel.
Shred potatoes into bowl Add sour cream, onions, 1 One half cups cheese,salt and
pepper Mix together and place in buttered casserole dish Top with One half cup
cheese and paprika Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 degress for
40 to 50 minutes till hot but not overly brown
