Recipe - Potatoes Duchesse

4 Whole potatoes
One half cup Hot milk
2 tablespoon Butter melted
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Eggs
2 Egg yolks
Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with One fourth cup milk, butter, salt, pepper,
and nutmeg. Beat eggs and egg yolks together, then beat in remaining milk.
Beat egg mixture into potatoes until fluffy. Serve at once.
