Mmmmmmmmm. I made something for lunch today and it's too yummy to keep to
myself. For those who eat cheese: Cut up 2 potatoes (with skin) and place
ina large frying pan. Add One half cup water. Add a touch of olive oil. Fry for
1015 minutes, until soft, adding water as necessary. Sprinkle on nonfat
shredded cheese and let melt. Sprinkle with Lowry's Seasoning Salt. Deana.
