Ingredients:
Potatoe Chip Cookies recipe makes 1 Servings
1 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
One half teaspoon Soda
One half cup Crushed potatoe chips
One half cup Shortening
1 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Chopped nuts
Cream sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in flour, soda and vanilla. Mix
well. Add chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie
sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
