Recipe - Potatocheese Casserole

8 md Potatoes
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
One fourth cup Melted margerine
1 One half cup Sour cream
1 One half teaspoon Salt
Pepper to taste
1 small Onion, chopped very fine
1 One half cup Grated sharp cheddar
Cook 8 medium potatoes in salted water with a bay leaf. Let cool. Peel and
grate coarsely. Put in greased 9x13 baking pan. Mix together and pour over
potatoes remaining ingredients.
Cover and bake 3035 minutes. Sprinkle top with: One half cup grated cheese
One half cup crushed potato chips Bake a few minutes more.
