Recipe - Potato And Bacon Pie

1 pound Bacon,chopped
1 Onion,chopped
8 Large eggs,beaten
1 pound Russet potatoes,peeled and g
2 Three fourths cup Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
One half teaspoon Tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease a 9 x 13" glass baking dish.
Cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp.Drain well.Combine eggs with
potatoes and cheese.Mix in bacon.Pour,evenly,into baking dish.Bake about 45
minutes or until center is set.Serves 6 to 8.
