Recipe - Potato Tarragon Bread

1 One half 1B LOAF
1 cup Water
3 tablespoon Butter or margerine
1 Egg
3 cup Bread flour
Three fourths cup Mashed potatoe mix dry
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Dried tarragon leaves
2 One half teaspoon Yeast
2 LB LOAF
1 1/3 cup Water
One fourth cup Butter or Margerine
2 Eggs
4 cup Bread flour
1 cup Mashed potatoe mix dry
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Dried tarragon leaves
1 One fourth teaspoon Yeast*
Place all ingredients in order. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or
light crust colour. Do not use delay cycle. Remove bread from pan and
cool on wire rack. Yeast amount is correct though proportionately less
than called for in the 1 One half pound recipe. From New Flavour Bread Machine
