Recipe - Potato Shortcake

2 One half cup Bisquick baking mix
2 cup Leftover mashed potatoes
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
2 Eggs
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease and flour 8" square pan.
Mix baking mix, mashed potatoes, pepper and eggs until soft dough forms.
Spread in pan.
Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Top each serving with Creamed Salmon or other creamed meat or fish sauce.
