Recipe - Potato Pudding (Kartofshka Pynding) Russia

3 lg Potatoes, grated
1 lg Onion, grated
One fourth cup Dairy sour cream
1 cup Flour
2 Egg yolks,beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Egg whites, beaten stiff

Combine potatoes, onion, and sour cream. Sift in flour. Mix well. add
egg yolks and seasoning. Mix well. Fold in egg whites. Turn into greased 9
inch pie pan. Bake at 350 deg F. for 30 minutes. Serve with spiced
applesauce. Serves 46
