Recipe - Potato Potage

One half cup Celery; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Onion; chopped
2 tablespoon Margarine
1 8 ounce package cream cheese;
cubed
1 cup Milk
2 cup Potato; chopped and cooked
One half cup Water
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; Grated
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Salt
ds Pepper
Saute celery and onion in margarine. Add cream cheese and milk; stir over
low heat until cream cheese is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat
thoroughly.
