Recipe - Potato Peanut Butter Candy

One half cup Cold mashed potatoes
16 ounce Powdered sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Smooth peanut butter

Place potatoes in large mixing bowl. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, 1 cup
at a time. Mix until it resembles pie crust.

On a piece of waxed paper dusted with extra powdered sugar, roll into
oblong shape to about One fourth inch thickness. Spread with peanut butter,
covering the entire dough. Roll from long side as jelly roll. Chill, then
slice.
