Recipe - Potato Hash With Rosemary

1 lg Baking potato; peeled and
cubed
1 lg Sweet potato; peeled and
cubed
One fourth cup Chopped onion
2 Garlic cloves; minced
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary; chopped
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh rosemary sprigs; for
garnish
Stir together first 8 ingredients in a lightly greased nonstick skillet.
Cover and cook over mediumlow heat, stirring occasionally, 25 minutes or
until potatoes are tender. Garnish if desired. Yield: 4 servings
