Recipe - Potato Gulasch

2 pound Potatoes; cut or sliced up
1 pound Extra lean ground beef
4 tablespoon Margarine or butter
1 lg Onion; chopped
2 Bay leaves
1 cup Water
Salt & pepper to taste
Saute onion in margarine; add meat & fry until browned. Add potatoes, bay
leaves, water, salt & pepper to taste. Do not stir. Cover & simmer about 20
minutes.
