Recipe - Potato Griddle Cakes

2 cup Potatoes; grated
1 Egg; beaten
One half cup Flour; sifted
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt; level
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Mix and bake on greased griddle in threeinch cakes. Serve with butter
and syrup.
