Recipe - Potato Dressing

4 cup Mashed potatoes, hot
1 One half cup Bread crumbs, fine
2/3 cup Bacon fat
One half cup Onion, chopped fine
One half cup Celery, chopped
2 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Black pepper, ground
One half teaspoon Sage, ground
1 Egg, large, beaten

Combine all ingredients. Turn into a greased 8 * 8 * 2inch pan. Bake in a
preheated moderate oven (350*F) 30 minutes or until browned. Serve hot.
