Recipe - Potato Crackers

Three fourths cup Rolled oats
Three fourths cup Flour
1/3 cup Butter
2 md Potatoes; cooked & mashed
Combine oats and flour in a bowl. Rub in butter with fingertips, then
knead in mashed potatoes to form a stiff dough. Carefully roll out on a
floured board and cut out thin rounds using a cookie cutter or upsidedown
glass. Cook on greased trays at 350~ for 20 minutes or until crackers are
crisp and lightly browned. ("The Popular Potato")
