One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Flour
One half cup Potato chips, crushed
One half cup Chopped pecans

Cream together until light and fluffy, Butter, sugar, and vanilla
extract. Blend in Unbleached Flour, Crushed Potato Chips and Chopped
Pecans. Drop by tsp on an ungreased baking sheet 2inches apart.
Flatten with a greased and sugared glass bottom. Bake in a preheated
350 degree F. oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
