Recipe - Potato Bread (Zojirushi)

Ingredients:
Potato Bread (Zojirushi) recipe makes 12 Servings
FOR 1 POUND LOAF
6 One half ounce Water; 80 degrees F
2 cup Bread Flour
1/3 cup Instant Potato Flakes
1 tablespoon Dry Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter; cut into 4 pieces
1 One half teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
Add all ingredients to pan in the listed order. I use the Basic cycle with
a light bread color to keep it tender. Enjoy!
