Recipe - Potato-Beef Bake

Ingredients:

1 One half pound Ground beef
1 One half cup Finely chopped celery
1 cup Frozen OreIda chopped
onions
1 cn (10.5 oz) condensed cream of
tomato soup
One half cup Heinz tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Chili powder; (optional)
4 cup Frozen OreIdah golden
crinkles or golden fries

1. Preheat oven to 400º. Grease a shallow 2quart dish.

2. In medium skillet, over mediumhigh heat, cook beef, celery and onions,
stirring often, until meat loses its red color and onions are golden. Spoon
off any excess fat. Stir in undiluted soup, ketchup and seasonings and heat
to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

3. Spoon beef mixture into baking dish and arrange frozen potatoes in
single layer across the top. bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender
and lightly browned.
