Recipe - Port Wine Marinated Pork Loin

MARINADE
1 cup Port wine
4 ounce Brown sugar
One half ounce Chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Leaf thyme
One fourth cup Rice wine vinegar
2 cup Salad oil
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl except salad oil. Whisk thoroughly
to combine. Whisk in salad oil to lightly emulsify and pour over pork. Move
pork around so it comes in complete contact with marinade.
