Recipe - Pork With Mustard And Quark

1 tablespoon Olive oil
454 g Pork fillet; cut or sliced up (1lb)
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
4 Salad onions; chopped
125 g Button mushrooms; quartered
(4oz)
2 tablespoon German mustard
1 200 gram car quark
2 tablespoon Freshly chopped thyme
2 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
2 teaspoon Cornflour blended with
1 tablespoon Water
1. Heat the oil, add the pork and garlic and cook for 45 minutes until
browned.
2. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for a further 34 minutes.
3. Stir in the mustard, quark , thyme, half the parsley seasoning and
blended cornflour. Cook for a further 23 minutes.
4. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with the remaining parsley.

served with crisp jacket potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
