Recipe - Pork Stuffed Chillies

6 Mild yellow chillies
175 g Minced pork
6 Lime leaves; finely shredded
3 Cloves garlic; finely
chopped
1 tablespoon Coriander leaves; roughly
chopped
1 Stem lemon grass; tender
part cut or sliced up
2 teaspoon Light soy sauce
One fourth teaspoon White pepper
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
One half teaspoon Salt
Slice the chillies lengthways, leaving the stems on and remove the core and
all the seeds.
Mix the other ingredients well and stuff into the chilli boats. Bake on the
top shelf of the oven for 12 minutes.
