Recipe - Pork Satay Skewers

500 g Lean Pork Leg Strips; OR
500 g Lean Diced Pork
1 tablespoon Canola oil
250 ml Satay sauce
10 Bamboo skewers
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least an hour. Thread pork onto
skewers, season with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Grill or barbecue.
Allow 23 minutes for pork leg strips or 8 10 minutes for minced pork.
Serve with your favorite prepared satay sauce, boiled rice and cucumber and
mint salad.

NOTES : Makes 8 10 skewers. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Pork cooking
time: 210 minutes (depending on pork cut)
