1 Idaho potato; cut 1/4" by 2"

2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
One half cup Shredded lettuce
1 Tomato; cut or sliced up
1 pound Slow; slowroasted pork
roast, pulled into

Heat oil in a deepfryer to 360 degrees. Fry potatoes until brown and
crunchy, 8 to 10 minutes. Slice open bread. Spread with mayonnaise and fill
with lettuce and tomato. Fill with pulled pork and top with French fries.
