Recipe - Pork Lo Mein

16 ounce Spaghetti
Three fourths cup Chicken broth
One half cup Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Peanut oil
2 Pork tenderloins (about 2
Pounds total) thinly cut or sliced up
8 Green onions, thinly cut or sliced up
One half pound Mushrooms, cut or sliced up
One half pound Snow peas, trimmed
Prepare spaghettiu according to package directions; drain and keep warm in
a large serving bowl.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce and sugar, mix
well. In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add pork and cook until
no longer pink, stirring constantly. Add green onions, mushrooms, snow peas
and the chicken broth mixture. Stirfry 3 to 5 minutes, or until the
vegetables are tendercrisp. Toss with spaghetti and serve.
