Recipe - Pork Chops With Mustard Seeds

4 tablespoon Mustard powder
2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
6 Fresh sage leaves; chopped,
or 1
; teaspoon dried sage
2 teaspoon Chopped fresh rosemary or 1
teaspoon
; dried rosemary
125 ml Dry cider; (4fl oz)
4 Pork chops
Preheat the oven to 200øC/400øF/Gas Mark 6.
Mix together the mustard powder and seeds, herbs and cider and spread the
mixture over both sides of the chops.
Put the chops on a foillined rack in a roasting tin and cook them in the
oven for 45 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
