Recipe - Pork Chops With Honey And Herb Butter

4 Boneless pork chops
50 g Butter; room temperature
; (2oz)
1 tablespoon Clear honey
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped thyme
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped chives
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
1 120 gram bag mixed herb
salad
Blend together the butter, honey, herbs and seasoning to taste. Place half
the mixture in a frying pan, spoon the remainder on to a sheet of food
wrap, roll up and refrigerate.
Heat the butter in the pan and cook the chops for approximately 68 minutes
each side, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
Serve immediately on a bed of mixed herb salad with a slice of the
refrigerated butter on top of each chop.
