Ingredients:

2 cup Hot water
1 pack MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles;
Oriental Flavour
2 teaspoon Oil
400 g Pork schnitzel; cut into
thin
; strips
1 pack MAGGI Satay Sauce Mix
2 tablespoon Peanut butter
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
4 Spring onions; cut or sliced up
1 small Bunc spinach; washed and
torn
; into pieces

Bring the water to the boil.

Break the noodles and add to the water with the contents of the flavour
sachet. Cook for 2 minutes.

Drain the noodles, reserving Three fourths cup cooking liquid.

Set the noodles and liquid aside.

Heat the oil in a large pan.

Add the pork. Stir fry over a high heat for 23 minutes. Remove and set
aside.

Combine the sauce mix, reserved cooking liquid, peanut butter and soy
sauce.

Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer for 2
minutes.

Add the noodles and pork.

Cook, stirring, for 23 minutes.

Add the spring onions and spinach. Cook, stirring, for a further 1 minute.

Serve with rice.
