One half Canteloupe
1 Sweet pineapple
300 g Seedless green grapes
300 g Seedless purple grapes
1 Punnet of blueberries
1 Punnet of strawberries
1 Mango
2 tablespoon Poppy seeds
2 tablespoon Seseme seeds
3 tablespoon Beehive Co honey*
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon Sour cream
5 tablespoon Orange juice
2 Limes; juice of
Peel and cut the cantelope, pineapple and mango into large chunks. Wash
berries and grapes and add to the fruit bowl. Mix all the dressing
ingredients together until smooth then toss with the fruit. Toss with
sesame and poppyseeds and chill.
