8 ounce Dry cottage cheese
One half pound Salted butter
2 cup All purpose flour
One fourth cup Crumbled Asiago cheese
One fourth teaspoon Curry powder
2 tablespoon Chopped green olives
2 tablespoon Chopped black olives
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rub the butter with the flour. Add the dried
cottage cheese and the Asiago cheese. Add the curry powder. Work the
mixture into a dough and roll it out onto a floured board, to a thickness
of One fourth inch. Take a small glass or cookie cutter and form the dough into
small wafers. Lay onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15
minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for two minutes, then enjoy.
