Recipe - Plum Sorbet

2 One half cup Plums; peeled and minced
1/3 cup Fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Sugar
3 tablespoon Cherry brandy
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into a container and freeze for several hours. Remove from the
freezer, whip, and freeze again for 2 hours.
Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
