Recipe - Plum Sauced Ribs

4 pound Pork spare ribs
One half cup Soy sauce
One half cup Plum jam
One half cup Honey
One fourth cup Orange juice
1 Clove garlic
Cut ribs into serving pieces. Simmer one hour in water.
Combine all other ingredients. Baste ribs, cover with aluminum foil. Bake
in 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
