Recipe - Plum Pecan Bread

Small Loaf
Three fourths cup Unsweetened prune juice
One fourth cup Canola oil
1 lg Egg
One half cup Pecan halves
1 cup Pitted plums; chopped
2 One half cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
Large Loaf
7/8 cup Unsweetened prune juice
5 tablespoon Canola oil
1 lg Egg
2/3 cup Pitted plums; chopped
Three fourths cup Pecan halves
4 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other
ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry
ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on
your machine for this loaf.
