Recipe - Pizza With The Works

Prepared dough for 12inch
pizza
1/3 cup Prepared pizza sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese; shredded
One fourth cup Freshly grated parmesan
cheese
2 ounce Pepperoni sausage; cut or sliced up
1 Green bell pepper; cut in 1"
cubes
One half cup Onion; thinly cut or sliced up
One half cup White mushrooms; cut or sliced up
One half cup Plum tomatoes; seeded and
minced
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil 12inch round pizza pan. Shape dough
into 12inch circle and press into pan; prick with a fork. Bake 5 to 10
minutes, until lightly browned. Remove crust from oven and spread evenly
with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan, then top with
pepperoni, green pepper, onion, mushroom and tomato. Bake 10 minutes more,
until cheese is melted and vegetables are tender.

NOTES : Be inventive add all the toppings you like to this traditional
tomatobased, loaded pizza pie.
