Recipe - Pizza Crust (Kwc)

2 To 2 One half cups flour
1 pack Quick rise yeast
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 cup Warm water (125 to 130 deg
F)
2 tablespoon Oil
Stir yeast into flour. Add remaining ingedients, stir well. Roll out
crust. Grease pizza pan, sprinkle with cornmeal. Place crust in pan,
sprinkle top with more cornmeal. Bake pizza at 400 degrees for 20 to 30
minutes. VARIATIONS: Garlic and Herb: Add 2 t basil, oregano or rosemary
and 1 clove crushed garlic.Cornmeal: Replace One half cup flour with One half c
cornmeal.Cheese: Add One fourth cup parmesan cheese. Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.20
