Recipe - Pizelles

5 Eggs
2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half cup Crisco
1 tablespoon Vanilla
One half cup Butter, melted and cooled
6 cup Flour
Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Roll into golf ball size balls
and bake in pizelle iron 45 seconds.
NOTES : To make chocolate pizelles, substitute Three fourths cup of flour with cocoa.
You can also substitute the vanilla for any desired flavoring.
