Pitcaithly Bannock recipe makes 1 Recipe
4 Pita bread rounds
One fourth cup Butter, softened
Take 4 rounds of pita bread and spread them with One fourth cup softened butter. Cut
each round in half and cut each half into 8 triangles. Place on greased
baking sheet. Bake at 350F (180C) for 15 minutes or until browned and
crisp. Makes 64 triangles.
