Recipe - Pistachio Raisin Bread

Ingredients:
Pistachio Raisin Bread recipe makes 6 Serves
1 1/3 cup Water, Heated to 8085 deg
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Honey
3 cup Bread Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/3 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Yeast
One half cup Raisins
One half cup Pistachio nuts
Add first six ingredients to bread machine in order listed. Bang sides to
settle ingredients. Make well in center and add yeast. Set on Sweet cycle.
Add raisins and nuts at beep (or after first kneading). Makes a 2 pound
loaf.
