Recipe - Pistachio Nut Ice Cream

1 pack White or yellow cake mix
1 pack Instant pudding mix,
pistachio flavor
One half cup Walnuts
3 Eggs
1 cup Club soda
1 cup Oil
FROSTING
1 One half cup Cold milk
1 Envelope of Dream Whip
1 Envelope pistachio pudding
flavor instant pudding mix
Blend all ingredieents in large mixer bowl, then beat 2 minutes at medium
speed. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan (or tube pan) at 350 degrees
for 50 minutes, remove from pan and cool on rack. Split in two layers.
Frosting: Blend 1&One half cups cold milk, 1 envelope of Dream Whip, and one
envelope of pistachio pudding flavor instant pudding mix. Whip until thick
or about 5 minutes. Spread about 1 cup of frosting between layers and on
top and sides and spread the rest in the center of the cake.
