Recipe - Piri-Piri Sauce 2

2 Fresh or dried red or green
Spanish peppers, seeded
and chopped
1 pn Tarragon
1 pn Thyme
1 pn Basil
1 pn Marjoram
One half Cruched bay leaf
2 tablespoon Prescaled raisins
One fourth cup Olive oil
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
Use as a rub on a split chicken
Grill it, basting with PiriPiri
Serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges and rice.
