Recipe - Pinwheel Cake And Cream

1 pack (4serving size) JellO
instant pudding and pie
filling; French vanilla or
vanilla flavor
2 cup Cold milk
1 cup Thawed Cool Whip whipped
topping
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
1 small Peach or nectarine; cut
into bitesize pieces
1 Pound cake loaf (about
12oz); cut into slices
2 cup Summer fruit (see note)
PREPARE pudding mix with milk as directed on package. Let stand 5 minutes
or until slightly thickened Fold in whipped topping, orange rind and peach.
ARRANGE pound cake slices on serving plate. Spoon pudding mixture evenly
over center of cake slices. Arrange fruit in pudding mixture. Chill until
ready to serve.
NOTE: We suggest any variety of berries, seedless grapes or cut or sliced up
peaches, nectarines or plums.
