Recipe - Pineapple With Sour Cream

2 cn (13.5oz) pineapple chunks;
drained
Three fourths cup Dairy sour cream
One fourth cup Maple syrup
Light brown sugar
Place pineapple in 6 small dessert dishes. In a small bowl, combine sour
cream with maple syrup until well blended. Spoon over the pineapple in the
dessert bowls. Refrigerate until well chilled at least 1 hour. Just
before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar.
