Recipe - Pineapple Sponge

1 tablespoon Gelatin
4 Egg whites
Three fourths cup Sugar
1 Banana, minced
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 Orange, peeled and minced
One half cup Crushed pineapple
Three fourths cup Chopped nuts
One fourth cup Cold water
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over boiling water. Beat egg whites
until stiff. Fold in sugar and salt. Carefully add fruits, nuts, and lemon
juice. Add gelatin, stirring constantly. Pour into molds. Chill. 8
servings.
