Recipe - Pineapple Sheet Cake

2 cup Sugar
2 cup Flour
1 pound Can
Undrained
One half cup Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 Stick margarine
8 ounce Pkg.
Cheese or FatFree
Three fourths To 1 lb.
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chopped nuts optional
Crushed pineapple
Cream cheese or Light cream
Confectioner's sugar
Mix sugar, flour, pineapple, water, vanilla, eggs, soda and salt. Pour in
greased 15x10" cak pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 F. for 3035
minutes. Icing: cream margarine, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix until
pourable. Add nuts, if desired. Spread on warm cake. Refrigerate.
