CRUST
2 cup Oat bran flakes, crushed to
One cup
3 tablespoon Orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon No sugar added orange
Marmalade
FILLING
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon Unflavored gelatin
One half cup Water
MIXED WITH
One half cup Orange juice concentrate
5 Ice cubes
One half cup Crushed unsweetened
Pineapple
2 teaspoon No sugar added orange
Marmalade
1 cup Lowfat yogurt
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 7 or 8" glass pie plate with pam and set
aside. Combine crust ingredients and press into pie plate. Cover edges with
foil and bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250F. and bake another 45
minutes. Set aside to cool. Sprinkle gelatin over water/orange juice and
heat until dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until melted. Add pineapple
and marmalade. Whisk in yogurt. Pour into crust and chill until firm.
