Recipe - Pineapple Muffins

2 cup Wholegrain wheat flour
One fourth cup Sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One half teaspoon Ground allspice
2 cup Crushed pineapple in juice
One fourth cup Honey
2 tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoon Applesauce
1 teaspoon Egg Beaters® 99% egg
Substitute
Well mixed in:
2 tablespoon Water
Combine the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine wet
ingredients in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Stir to mix. Spoon into muffin cups (use nonstick pan, if possible). Fill
cups only to about Three fourths full. Bake at 375 degrees for 1520 minutes.
HELPFUL HINTS: Do not use paper muffin cupssince there is no oil in these
muffins, they will stick to the papers.
