Ingredients:
Pineapple Marinade recipe makes 3 Cups
One fourth cup Soy sauce
One half cup Pineapple juice
One fourth cup Cooking sherry
One fourth cup Brown sugar
Three fourths teaspoon Minced garlic
Mix all ingredients. Marinate meat at least 2 hours before cooking.
